Need quick answers to your roadside assistance questions?
Please call our Roadside Assistance Team on 1800 10 10 22. Our lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide roadside assistance if you do not have an existing membership.
A. We can transfer your membership to another vehicle. Please review the Terms and Conditions for full details. You can access the Change of Nominated vehicle form here.
B. If your Roadside Assistance is attached to a warranty, both the Warranty and the Roadside Assistance benefits can be transferred to the new vehicle owner. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further details.

If you have a car or motorcycle roadside assistance membership, we will send you a renewal invitation two weeks before the expiry of your initial membership. You can then renew your membership easily online via our Renewal Portal.
If you have a caravan or motorhome roadside assistance membership, this cannot be renewed.
